an event at The MASIE Center in case they have a corporate rate

Ground Transportation
Many visitors to Saratoga Springs prefer to have a car. The city itself is very walkable and pedestrian friendly. The MASIE Center is located two blocks from the main street (Broadway) in downtown Saratoga Springs.If you would like to explore anything beyond the unique shops and eateries of downtown, you will require a car. Various excursions are easily made a part of your trip whether they are to museums or to neighboring Vermont for the day.

If you plan to stay downtown, you can take a taxi from the Albany International Airport for approximately $60 each way. The taxi stand is located just outside the baggage claim area. Departing taxis leave the airport from the designated taxi lane. A "starter" will direct individuals to the next waiting cab. Airport Information
Albany International Airport (ALB) is the major air center for the Capital Region, Northeastern New York and Western New England.
The Information center is staffed by representatives of the Albany County Convention and Visitors Bureau and is open Monday-Friday 6AM - 11PM and Sunday from 7AM - 11PM The Information Center provides paging services, flight information, directions, ground transportation, pamphlets for tourist attractions and hotels.

Albany International Airport (ALB) is the closest airport to The MASIE Center. However, there may be flight deals that you could take advantage of into other area airports if you are willing to drive a bit to save money. Here is the breakdown:
