Learning Perspectives Video - January 6, 2010 Edition

This is a new feature of your CONSORTIUM Membership.  Every two weeks, we will produce a 10 to 15 minute video focusing on key learning issues, challenges, technologies/methodologies and member perspectives.

The first edition is 10 minutes long and focuses on 2 key topics:
